Avoiding injury is the best training.

Most setbacks come from too much, too soon. Barddle defaults to the shortest practice that still earns the time.

Training is for health, not for proof.

No leaderboard, no PR, no challenge to win. The session is for the body that did the day.

When tired, rest can be the right plan.

Sometimes the right session is sleeping. Barddle will tell you so. Rest is part of training, not failure.

Prefer proven methods.

Barddle stays close to well-understood movements: hinges, squats, carries, breath. Less novelty, more reliability.

Do not do dangerous training.

If something feels wrong, the agent stops. If you are unsure, it points you to a qualified professional. Barddle is not a medical service.
