About
What Barddle is
Barddle is a fitness companion for people whose lives don't make room for the gym's volume. You tell it what you have — ten minutes, a sore shoulder, a loud week — and it shapes a practice you can return to without ceremony.
Why it exists
I started exercising for my own health, and quickly noticed two things: most people don't know where to begin, and the ones who do begin often get hurt. The advice is loud, the tools are louder, and neither meets the person actually in the room.
I built Barddle to be the opposite of that — quiet enough to open on a tired Tuesday, careful enough to keep you in one piece. An agent that drafts the shortest practice that still earns the time, then steps back.
Who's behind it
Barddle is made by Keith Zhu — software engineer, founder of Barddle Inc.
What Barddle isn't
Barddle is a fitness companion, not a medical service. It does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe; it does not replace a doctor, physical therapist, or coach. It does not gamify your week with streaks, badges, or guilt-driven notifications. It does not promise transformation.
